Assist with all matters of Living Assistance including, but not limited to, personal hygiene and
Grooming, planning and preparing meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and helping in coping with the routines of everyday life, providing basic companionship and moral support. Assist in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, shopping, and other excursions outside the home. Follow principles of infection control and respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation. Ensure the client's rights are adhered to, including, but not limited to, the right to privacy and dignity, the right to accept or refuse care, and the right to confidentiality of the client's information.
Personal assistance services may be performed by an unlicensed person who is at least 18 years of age and demonstrates competency, when competency cannot be determined through education and experience, to perform the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Pay Range $16.00-$17.00
