Landscapers; 11, Full-Time, Temporary, Seasonal (H-2B) Jobs Available - 04/01/2025-10/01/2025
Emloyer: HMK Landscaping, LLC, 3125 S. Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48901. Additional worksites in Ingham, Genesee, Oakland, Livingston and Washtenaw counties daily.
Guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per 7-day work week for the season. Work days and hours vary, but typically from 9:00am-5:00pm M-F / 40 hours per week @$20.00/hr. OT@$30.00/hr (if required) as mandated by state law.
No education or experience required.
Daily transportation to worksites in Ingham, Genesee, Livingston, Oakland and Washtenaw counties will be provided.
Will provide on-the-job training and will accept a trainee.
Paychecks will be issued no less than biweekly in accordance with state and federal law, but may be issued weekly. The Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck that are required by law.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government not exceeding the mandated requirements (excluding passport fees).
Initial transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reiumbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88 per day without receipts or $59/day with receipts.
