A premier John Deere dealership in Southwestern Michigan and Northern Indiana, is seeking motivated Agriculture/Heavy Equipment Sales Specialists - one for our Holland location and one for Kent City . This is a high-earning potential role with a guaranteed base salary of $70K-$80K in year one, with most reps exceeding six figures by year two and beyond!

Your Role:
Sell new & used agricultural equipment to both existing and new customers
Maintain strong professional relationships with established clients
Identify and develop new customer opportunities
Conduct field demonstrations and attend customer events
Utilize company CRM and follow a proven sales process
Stay up to date on industry trends, financing options, and John Deere technology What You Need:
Experience selling agricultural equipment or large-format construction vehicles
Strong knowledge of farming practices and/or heavy equipment
Proven customer relationship and sales skills
Ability to work flexible hours
