Patient Transporter
Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to assist patients/residents to medical appointments, medical procedures, pick up for newly admitted patients/residents, and taking discharged patients/residents home using facility transportation. This individual will assist at doctor's appointments including taking and returning proper paperwork and transferring, if needed.
