1.Follows job, safety/environmental and inspection instructions per the Cell work instructions, CNC Trainer or Supervisor
2.Properly completes all paperwork
3.Prepares machine and gages for operation
4.Operates machine and verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications by utilizing gages
5.Produces quality work meeting company and customer standards
6.Produces an amount of work which meets or exceeds production standards
7.Performs offset adjustments
8.Follow tag procedure
9.Change inserts
10.Follow Housekeeping, Safety & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs)
11.Comply with all applicable requirements for the Quality and Environmental systems
12.Continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping-submit to supervisor or HR Box.
13. Other duties as defined by your supervisor
