Required Skills
- 5+ years experience in SAP CPI with proven experience in custom integration development (not a junior-level role).
- Hands-on experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Familiarity with Fieldglass and its integration with other SAP modules.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using SAP CPI.
- Work extensively with SuccessFactors Employee Central to create seamless integrations.
- Ensure integration solutions meet business requirements and follow best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
