Job Responsibilities:
Assist with asphalt sealcoating, site prep, and crack repair.
Operate hand tools and equipment as needed.
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, working independently with a high degree of problem-solving.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
Experience in asphalt sealcoating and crack repair is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
A valid driver’s license is required, CDL is a plus.
Must pass pre-employment screening.
