Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving, maintenance, grading, patchwork, and more.
- Operate hand tools and equipment as needed.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, working independently with a high degree of problem-solving.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
- Experience in asphalt or construction preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
- A valid driver’s license is required, CDL is a plus.
- Must pass pre-employment screening.
