We provide exceptional heating and cooling installations and whole house generators for residential customers throughout the state. We are searching for an enthusiastic, hard-working, loyal, and driven Service Dispatcher to join our team.
This is a full-time job with Health insurance & Matching Retirement plan. We are looking for the best and brightest to take our Customer Service to the next level.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of customer Service
- Must have a Diploma/GED
- Persuasive communication skills
- High level of organization
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn applications
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Service Department Dispatch
- Answer and Assess incoming Service Calls
- Manage daily Service Technician schedules
- Manage and Schedule Maintenance Contracts
- Answer and direct non-service-related incoming calls as needed
- Provide extraordinary service to our customers
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Pass a background check
- Display an elevated level of professionalism
