Job Title: Removable Insulation Stuffer / Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Job Description:
Bay Tech is seeking a Removable Insulation Stuffer / Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to lay out and stuff removable insulation covers and replace insulation materials as needed.
No prior experience required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekends & Holidays Off
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Stuffing and pinning insulation covers
- Cutting insulation materials
- Manufacturing insulation supplies
- Clearing and disposing of old insulation following safety guidelines
- Loading and unloading insulation materials as needed
- Using scissors safely for insulation preparation
- Following all company and industry safety regulations
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Must be 18 years or older to operate industrial machines
- Good personal hygiene required
- All tattoos must be covered while working
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged standing, bending, and ladder climbing
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
