Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all employees. This role requires a strong background in materials management, warehouse management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage procurement processes to maintain adequate inventory levels and support operational needs.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency in facility operations.
- Supervise warehouse management activities, including inventory control, materials handling, and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate transportation management to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Forklift certification
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a warehouse setting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
