The ideal candidate will be trained and licensed in Asbestos and Lead abatement functions in the State of Michigan. Have the skill and demeanor to work as part of a team. Good communication skills, attention to detail, have leadership qualities and be able to think problems and challenges through on the move. Follow established company processes to maintain safety of the employees, customers and others while performing abatement work. Be or become very familiar with MIOSHA requirements in this field as wall as EGLE, EPA requirements. This person will be responsible for assisting in maintaining equipment, vehicles, trailers. Setting up work sites, which could include negative pressure containment, scaffolding, working off lifts, inside and outside sites environments. The right person may be trained to assist in project inspections, estimating and promoting the company services and brand with the possibility of advancement in the company. Position may require daily travel to and from projects and possible overnight travel on larger or distant projects.
