We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be proficient in various assembly and fabrication techniques. This is a hands-on role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Assemble and fabricate components and parts according to specifications, using hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other production team members to ensure efficient production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with assembled parts and equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to assemble and fabricate components and parts.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility or similar environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift and move 50 pounds, which includes bending over to pick up work pieces and fixtures.
