Job Description: Grill Cook
Starting Pay: $16/hour PLUS TIPS!
Location: In-Store
Reports to: Store Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The skilled hands behind the classic Charley's cheeseburger! The grill cook position is essential in keeping our lines moving and our customers happy. Adhere to preparation requirements and serve a quality product. Tasks include the preparation, rotation, and service of food products.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Lead and act in a manner that is consistent with our mission and values.
- Stock and organize the kitchen space.
- Operate all kitchen equipment, including grills and open fryers.
- Responsible for safety and sanitation of food products and workspace.
- Prepare products in advance according to set specifications.
- Maintain organization of coolers and ensure the proper rotation and temp of product.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen areas at all times.
- Participate in weekly and bi-weekly cleaning task lists.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Constantly strive for better.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform all physical requirements of the job. Including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, reaching, and frequently lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Ability to work in a standing position for up to ten (10) hours at a time.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 1 year in food service. Cooking role experience preferred.
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification
- Must be 18+ years old
