Job Description:
- Serialization administration:
- Oversee day-day Serialization requirements including configuring customer Serialization jobs, verifying accuracy of information, communicating with the production team, communicating with the customer service team, and ensuring that all Serialization functions are performed correctly.
- Configuration and operation of servers, initiating data transfers, configuring product, acquiring and loading serial numbers, verifying data quality, and verifying data formats.
- Administer and performs functions of the systems including communications and line production equipment.
- Administers and perform client configuration, product configuration, job configuration, serial number transfers, and data exchanges. Verify and test data format and quality.
- Administer validation and qualification protocols throughout the configuration, testing, and operation of the Serialization process.
- Administer and perform functions of the Bar Tender to Builder interface to create properly formatted and verified labels.
- Administer and perform functions with interface between Systech and Multi-feeder (HTSE) to transfer data between the Advisor system and the production line equipment.
- Manage interface between Systech and Quadrel to transfer data between the Advisor system and the production line equipment.
- Process customer Serialization data:
- Review customer specifications and align with existing Serialization systems.
- Plan and implement Serialization client and product integration and implementation.
- Configure systems and equipment to process each Serialization production job.
- Transfer data into and out of Serialization systems.
- Verifies successful transmission of accurate customer data.
- Manage Serialization systems and equipment:
- Manage vendors that support Serialization systems including Systech, Tracelink, Multi-feeder, Quadrel, and HTSE.
- Schedule equipment downtime with the production team for maintenance and testing of new serialized product, software updates, and pending requirements.
- Plan for hardware and software upgrades of Serialization equipment. Determines and documents whether additional qualification or validation is required as part of any software or hardware upgrades.
- Company technical support:
- Provide technical support for Serialization, production-related equipment, computers, networks, and servers to Praxis employees including production staff, maintenance staff, and other staff as needed.
- Analyze computer and network problems throughout the facilities with a priority on Serialization and related equipment.
- Monitor and maintains computer hardware, printers, network infrastructure and software as needed.
- Work directly with IT vendors on projects and solutions.
- Select replacement and repair parts for Serialization, networks, computers and printing systems.
Salary (Annual): $70,000 year

Position required to travel to various locations throughtout the United States 10% of the time.
Hours of work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
