Position Summary:
As a Guest Services & Reservations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests and team members calling Bavarian Inn Restaurant. You'll handle our multi-line phone system and assist with processing reservations while sharing information with various departments in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and provide accurate information to guests.
- Upsell promotional items and special event packages.
- Handle guest inquiries and deescalate any situations with professionalism and optimism.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as requested.
Required Availability:
Availability must include at least 1-2 weekday shifts and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) plus holidays.
