Job Title: Service Trainer
Work Shift: 8a-5p (Travel Required)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
The Service Trainer is responsible for traveling to dealers and/or customers to deliver various training(s) to improve dealers/customers knowledge on Bandit equipment. They will identify areas of improvement and work towards implementing training(s) to dealers/customers. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivery training and development initiatives to assist dealers/customers with enhancing their Bandit equipment knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to discuss and implement training needs with various dealers.
- Organize and conduct training at various locations across North America.
- Assess training needs through various methods, such as surveys, interviews, or consultations.
- Provide continually training support to all dealers, new and old
- Facilitate in-person trainings to dealers/customers
- Collaborate with other departments to assist dealerships with getting equipment and/or parts.
- Modify dealership training programs as needed to best suite their training needs.
- Communicate training updates as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and passport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Sales background preferred.
- Proficient computer skills
- Four (4) or more years of experience with various Bandit equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently sit for extended periods of time
- Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend
- Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
- Occasionally required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
- Occasionally lift 30 pounds
