This position will provide analytical and operating support for Executive Vice President. This will include but not limited to applying clerical service skills with an excellent understanding of executive support in day-to-day business needs in a corporate setting.
Duties and Responsibilities
A Qualified candidate would be performing following key roles but not limited to:
Executive Administrative Assistant Roles:
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients, stakeholders and employees.
- Preparing for senior leadership meetings by researching content and preparing/identifying key points.
- Maintain detailed records, organizing events, and ensuring overall efficiency of office operations.
- Able to communicate with multi-level leadership.
- Preparing and/or editing, translating documents, presentation materials and other necessary materials for executives.
- Scheduling and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives.
- Supports the day to day functions of executives and office operation.
- Reviewing and processing expenses and reimbursements.
- Assist with other clerical/administrative duties and projects as needed. HR Support Role:
Experience and Education Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required
- 1-2 year(s) experience in Office Administration.
- Previous Office Administration experience and customer service experience required
- Open to learning new skills and take on new projects and tasks
- Skilled in Microsoft Office products
