POSITION PURPOSE
The Manager, Nurse Anesthetist at Chelsea Hospital, Chelsea Michigan oversees anesthesia services, ensuring effective patient care and operational efficiency.
Manages 24/7 accountability for anesthesia teams, scheduling, and staffing, while supporting patient care delivery in collaboration with leadership to meet departmental goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead CRNA and anesthesia tech teams, ensuring staffing aligns with volume changes.
Oversee schedule creation, vacation planning, and leave coverage.
Provide clinical support when needed and ensure efficient fiscal management. Collaborate with leadership on volume growth and staffing needs. Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
CRNA certification, ACLS, PALS, RN License.
Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited institution required.
