Tool & Die Repair Technician - 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)
Join our client's team as a Tool & Die Repair Technician on the second shift ! This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company specializing in advanced manufacturing, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the performance of stamping dies used in production.
Key Responsibilities:
Die Maintenance & Repair: Perform daily upkeep and troubleshooting to ensure dies are operating at peak efficiency.
Precision Machining: Use a variety of machine tools to fabricate, modify, and repair die components with high precision.
Problem Solving: Diagnose die malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Documentation & Collaboration: Keep accurate records of repairs and collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in tool and die repair with a strong background in progressive die work.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and work with precision machinery.
Journeyman's Certification is a plus.
