We are seeking a professional, organized, reliable front desk/reception person who can work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with some rotating weekends and holidays. This is a full time position. We currently have an open position with a 2nd shift schedule from 3 pm-11 pm and may have a 1st shift position opening up soon with an 8 am to 4 pm schedule.
Job Summary
The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
Duties and Responsibility
Greets clients, visitors and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Ensures that visitors sign in and out.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff, takes messages and schedules appointments.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Facilitate communication when fire alarm in use/calls to 911.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Performs basic filing and record keeping
Performs other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Educations and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
Must be able to walk up and down stairs as necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
