We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician / Millwright to join our team in Escanaba. This role involves providing on-site machining, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills, with experience working in industrial environments.
Work duties to include, but not limited to: troubleshooting and repair of gear box units, power transmission, bearings, couplings, pumps, conveyor systems, construction, mining, logging, and marine equipment. Background or experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical a plus. Job will consist of travel to job sites with overnight stays.
Full-Time/Competitive Wage

What You'll Do:
- On-site manual machining & welding
- Troubleshoot & repair gearboxes, bearings, couplings, pumps, & more
- Work on construction, mining, logging, & marine equipment
- Travel to job sites (overnight stays required)
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical skills & ability to work independently
-Heavy equipment repair experience a plus
-Possess a driver's license
-Must pass a drug screening & background check
-Must be willing to travel
