Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will work efficiently and accurately, ensuring all production processes are completed to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Plastic Injection Molding Machine:
- Set up, operate, and monitor the plastic injection molding machine to ensure proper function.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Inspect molded parts for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Apply Glue to Materials and Assemble:
- Use brushes to apply glue to various materials according to specifications.
- Assemble parts by sticking glued materials together, ensuring proper alignment and adhesion.
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards before packaging or further processing.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and move around the production area for long periods.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs.
- Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks during the shift
