Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience from order placement to delivery. Plus you will be responsible for updating products on our web stores. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, website orders and inquiries. Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the ordering and order fulfillment process.
Assist clients with product selections, artwork approvals, and pricing information.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, design) to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders. Manage customer accounts and web orders, status updates and tracking shipments.
Troubleshoot issues related to products, web orders, and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, printing & embroidery methods, and promotional products. Follow up on leads and customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
Build long-term relationships with customers, establishing repeat business and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably promotional products, Embroidery, or Screen print Industry But not necessary. Basic Proficiency in Graphic arts program helpful but not required. Knowledge of printing processes, promotional products, Embroidery, Screen printing or Graphics arts is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
