Customer Experience Representative (CXR)
Location: Lansing, MI
Compensation: $18.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week; Flexible schedule required:
Monday-Friday:
- 6:50 am–4:00 pm
- 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- 9:00 am–6:00 pm
- 10:00 am–7:00 pm
Weekend Availability:
- Must work at least one 8-hour weekend shift, with hours available between 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Experience Representative (CXR). This role is vital in providing exceptional service and support to our clients across various locations, including the CATA Transportation Center, Multi-Modal Gateway, and Administrative Offices. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist clients with CATA services, providing clear guidance on schedules, routes, and fare options.
- Maintain high-quality standards and adapt to flexible schedules to meet organizational needs.
- Process financial transactions, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card sales, and balance daily records.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer experiences.
- Perform administrative duties, such as handling mail, managing records, and supporting departmental projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in retail, call centers, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong multitasking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
