What qualifications you must have:
- HIGHLY COMPUTER LITERATE with experience in mainstream office software products
- HIGHLY ORGANIZED with a predisposition towards systematic processes without deviation
- Cash handling experience.
- Excellent customer service and solid communication skills.
- Ability to learn new information quickly and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
What you will do:
- Assist the store Sales Manager and Sales Team with all Administrative Needs
- Follow the current sales process administrative processes and suggest new processes to sales management to become even more efficient when opportunities exist.
- Prepare and process title paperwork for all sales deals within time allotted.
- Reconcile titles, deals jackets, and organization of all deal needs.
- Obtain proper documents and information from customers needed to complete deals and take in paperwork for trades such as titles, lien information, condition reports from service, etc.
- Audit deal notes every 24 hours for all deals open in the system ensuring that all deals are clean and updated real time; making them ready for finalizing daily and ensuring that the notes are complete, timely, and detailed
- Do finance paperwork for customers in a timely and accurate manner; receiving funds for the dealerships quickly and avoiding re-contracts for customers due to errors
- Ensuring documents are being submitted to the state and IRS in a timely manner, as well as working with the SOS to ensure registrations and titles paperwork is being submitted accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and professional office. Both in appearance and efficiency for finding deal jackets and miscellaneous paperwork.
- Filling out credit applications with customers and preparing copies for funding.
- Complete and submit Product Sales Registrations for all protection products sold
- Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall organization and success of the sales and finance departments
- Zero Downtime Role - Must be actively engaged during the entire work day

Average Weekly Workload 35 – 40 hours
Standard Retail Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 9a-6p plus Saturdays 9a-4p
