We are a busy, four-doctor veterinary practice seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant / Client Care Specialist (CCS) to join our dedicated team. As one of the first people our clients and patients interact with, you play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming experience and setting the tone for exceptional client care.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, highly organized, and genuinely passionate about animals. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding service to both pets and their owners.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and patients with a warm, positive attitude
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits
- Assist veterinarians and technicians during patient examinations and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily clinic operations
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting a collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice
- Passion for animal health and client care
- Veterinary or animal care experience preferred, but motivated candidates will be considered
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
