Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following work instructions, using basic hand tools, performing visual inspections, and documenting materials. This role requires comfort with using a computer for reading and documenting assembly steps, as well as scanning materials before and after assembly.
Responsibilities
Follow work instructions and assembly steps
Use basic hand tools for assembly tasks
Perform visual inspections of assembled products
Pass assembled components to the next person or place them on a rack for quality check
Use a computer to read and document materials, and scan materials before and after assembly
Essential Skills
At least 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 6+ months of hand tool experience (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, screw guns, etc.)
Basic computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (ability to open documents, use the mouse, and type)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical experience (e.g., changing oil or tires, car maintenance, home renovations)
Soldering experience (use of soldering tools, repairing electronics such as computers or phones, circuit board repair)
Circuit board assembly experience

We offer a great work environment with supportive managers and are providing a stable and long-term work area. We also serve as a farm system for Entry Level Engineers. Additionally, we offer a 10% shift premium for the 2nd shift and a 15% shift premium for the 3rd shift on top of the base pay.
Work Environment
Our production environment is a 'clean room' style, requiring special shoe inserts to remove static charge and prevent equipment damage. With over 50 people working on the floor at any given time, labeling restricted work areas and designated walkways is a major concern. As a project-based company, there may be times when deadlines need to be met, and the entire team is expected to stay and work overtime if necessary.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00
