We have a cook opportunity within our facility kitchen: must enjoy preparing large batch meals for up to 100 residents, following menu to create home-cooked, delicious meals.
1st shift schedule is from 6:30am to 2:30pm.
2nd shift schedule is from 11:30am to 7:30pm.
Must be able to work alternating weekends and holidays, and additional hours when team mates are unavailable.
Employee provided free meals during their work shift.
Job duties:
- Prepare food in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established facility policies and procedures.
- Ensure that quality food service is provided at all times so that resident's expectations are exceeded.
- Food preparation, kitchen clean up, dish washing, putting food stock away, and other food service duties.
- Cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment; sanitizing.
