Position Details:
- Role: Team Member/Junk Removal Tech - Part Time (TC)
- Pay: $20–$23/hr to start, PLUS daily tips and performance incentives.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends!)

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service—engage with clients, smile, and ensure they have a great experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude—wear your uniform with pride and leave a lasting impression.
- Educate customers on pricing and services to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Safely handle, load, and transport customer items, disposing of them responsibly while achieving revenue goals.
- Conduct daily truck inspections to ensure your vehicle and equipment are in top condition.
- Avoid mistakes that could impact customer satisfaction or equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license with no driving infractions (clean driving record required).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to go the extra mile for teammates and clients.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for exceptional service.
- Physically capable of tackling a labor-intensive role, including heavy lifting.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
