Office Coordinator
Oscoda Plastics has an opening for an Office Coordinator. The position is located in Oscoda, Michigan. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits!
Position Responsibilities:
Primary person to answer phone calls, take messages, and answer door cameras/intercoms
Schedule contractors for training and update training forms as necessary
Will book hotels and other arrangements for customers coming in for training
Order and update office supplies as needed
Call sales reps to get shipping information on open orders
Input daily customer orders
Assist with personnel paperwork, security badges, and timecards
Plan and track the movement of goods using necessary software
Preferred Experience:
MS Office skills required to include excellent proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google docs/sheets
Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Previous sales or administrative office experience required
