Production Manager
Salary plus commission general scheduled 45+ hours as needed
In charge of all production related items. Including but not limited to sales, site visits, schedule, and job production, site safety. Maintain and set tone, tempo and temperament of the Company. Everything can be solved with a positive attitude. Set the example for Attitude and showing up on time setting precedent for all employees.
Ensures Company Standards and policies are being followed.
Field
Responsible for ensuring Job site crews are completing jobs on time and with materials bid. Jobs are completed within Company guidelines and quality standards. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Responsible for product availability for jobs. Product availability for truck and shop stock. Responsible for producing schedules of Field staff and monitoring attendance of crews. Supervise and train employees and tradestaff. Ensures schedule is in compliance with company guidelines. Reviews jobs upon completion.
Sales
Ensures sales are being bid with appropriate time for job completion and enough materials bid. Quality of bid is accurate with job requirements. Ensures quotes are delivered within company guidelines. Ensures that follow ups on bids are being done. Ensures the schedule for sales staff is properly scheduled. Follow up on close rates.
Site safety
Is responsible for ensuring site safety at all locations. Make sure Company trucks, shops, showrooms are kept up to company standards. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Other Duties
Monitor expenditures and ensure that they remain within budget. Resolve problems when they arise. Report progress to managers, sales, etc. Other duties as assigned by management. Ability to plan and see the big picture.
