About This Role:
As our Corporate Recruiter you'll have the opportunity to lead and optimize the talent acquisition efforts across AgroLiquid. This role involves managing end-to-end talent acquisition and driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies while building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. This is a highly collaborative role that will allow you to work closely with hiring teams to not only identify and secure top talent, but to also engage in training and coaching our teams to continuously elevate our our candidate experiences and overall hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit and fill new and open positions with qualified, value add candidates
- Post positions effectively & maintain accounts on multiple platforms.
- Schedule, coordinate & participate in interview processes for open positions
- Receive, review, store, distribute and maintain resumes/applications
- Build/maintain pipeline and network for candidate pool
- Establish and maintain recruiting source relationships
- Create, present & navigate employment offers
- Coordinate completion all pre-employment tests and processes
- Drive development of hiring manager interviewing skills and techniques
- Introduce and train hiring managers/supervisors to use candidate scoring tools
- Regularly conduct hiring market analysis for changing trends
- Present & implement approved related changes
- Create, utilize and maintain customized processes for each type/level of position
- Track and analyze recruiting, hiring and retention for continuous improvement
- Update, continuously improve and maintain HR page on company website.
- Create and send candidate correspondence letters and maintain historical files
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and candidate related information
- Represent company in on-site and local presences & presentation needs to groups
- Follow all safety policies, procedures and protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in job related field or equivalent experience
- Previous successful recruiting experience
- Exceptional organizational, prioritizing and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and driven toward balance of efficiency and customer value
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Great attitude, communication and customer service skills
- Highly dependable and confidential
- Comfortable making presentations to groups (internal & external)
- Driver’s License with good record
