FACE PARENT EDUCATOR
This full time position provides personal visits (usually in the home) with primary care providers of children prenatal to 5 years of age on a weekly to monthly basis to provide research-based information on how children grow and develop and how parents can foster learning and nurture development. The successful candidate will also provide screenings, FACE family circles and resource networking and assist in the Early Childhood classroom when needed as scheduling permits.
Qualifications-Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, Human Services, or related field. Parent Educator certification (can be obtained after hire). Must possess and maintain a current valid MI. driver’s license and pass a background investigation and a drug and alcohol test.
Wage- $15.00- $17.18 dependent upon qualifications.
