Additional Responsiblities:
- Provide Nursing care in accordance with agency procedures and general medical policies.
- Function as liaison and advocate between clients and other health care professionals.
- Administration of medication and treatments prescribed by physicians, identify and report changes in clients condition.
- Educate clients, families, and care worker's on treatment, care and other health concerns.
- Mintain clienrt medical supplies, safety and clean environment
- Assist with intital openings and assesments of clients
- Provide wound care when needed.
- Prepare and administer injections
- Take vitals and provide dy by day personal care if needed.
