We are looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing key system platforms within our organization. As an ideal candidate, you will be able to troubleshoot common issues, gather business requirements, and work closely with various teams to implement system solutions.

Bachelors degree or equivalent
0-2 years relevant experience

Experience in system configuration, support or administration
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot system issues
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and understand business needs
What will you be doing in this role?
Configure and set up system platforms to meet business requirements and optimize functionality.
Perform data imports and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic coding issues, providing timely solutions to users.
Gather and analyze business requirements to configure and implement system solutions.
Create, maintain and update standard reports and dashboards to support business operations.
Provide user support by answering queries, training and assisting with system functionality.
Participate in training sessions to continually improve knowledge
Gain familiarity with SDLC processes and tools
About the Team
You will be supporting our Vega project and reporting directly into the Team lead. The Vega project is a very forward-thinking engagement and customer relations suite of tools for public libraries, to help library administrators reach out to and involve both their patrons and their communities in with more directed and personalized interactions.
Hours of Work
Full-time permanentposition primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed
Hybrid position working 2-3 days/week on-site
Must live within a commutable distance to one of our US office locations: Ann Arbor, MI
