Responsibilities:
Perform routine and repetitive work while maintaining a high standard of quality and quantity
Setup and operate a variety of equipment needed to assemble components to produce finished products
Setup and operate vibraseal equipment and make simple adjustments to maintain quality specifications
Remove machine burrs from parts using hand deburring tools
Use bench type power and hand tools, ultrasonic welding equipment, simple testing devices and quality gauges
Package finished parts using established manual methods and/or packaging machines
Complete and maintain applicable documentation
Recognize defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship, etc. with or without the use of visual aids
Notify Quality of any out of spec parts
Complete job duties through the use of standardized work
Train, instruct and assist trainees throughout the training period
Complete all daily 5S duties
Perform these and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
Required Skills:
All team members are expected to keep their work area clean, organized and maintain a high level of safety and quality
Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, including between shifts
Ability to proceed on work assignments with minimum supervision or assistance
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work within High Performance Team (HPT) guidelines
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including spelling, grammar and composition
Requires basic computer skills
Ability to read and interpret required paperwork with high degree of accuracy
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Must be able to bend and twist frequently, squat occasionally
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently and up to 55 lbs. rarely
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.

The rate range for this job is $17.50 to $18.50 plus shift pay.
