To deal Table Games efficiently and accurately, providing friendly and proactive interaction with all guests and Team Members. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

In this Role:
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino Resort's "Unsurpassed Service" standards at all times.
Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt.
Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward guests and Team Members.
Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure proper cleanliness of assigned game.
Ensure equipment is in good working order.
Ensure game protection.
Ensure good game pace for all players.
Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately.
Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques.
Opening and closing tables by verification of all cheque inventory.
Essential Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
One year experience as a dealer preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Have basic money-handling skills.
Must possess basic math skills like addition and multiplication without the use of a calculator.
Know and comply with all Tribal Licensing and Gaming regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and twist over a table for up to two hours at a time.
Ability to lift and or move up to 25 lbs.
Visual and auditory ability to identify unusual or unethical practices that jeopardize the integrity of the game.
Have the manual dexterity necessary to shuffle and pitch cards or to work a stick and deal base.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold and/or noisy and may contain second-hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned areas. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
