Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Holland, MI
1st shift schedule is from 4:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Thursday. OT is on Fridays from4:30am-3:00pm. No Saturdays or Sunday (unless you volunteer)!
2nd shift schedule is from 3:00pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday. OT is on Fridays from 3:00pm-11:00pm. No Saturdays or Sunday (unless you volunteer)!
As aMachine Operator 2, you will:
Operateassigned production machinery in accordance with company standards to complete customer orders.
Required Qualifications
2 years manufacturing experience requiredOR be a Certified Machine Operator from accredited educational/vocational facility
Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (hilo) certification
Ability to flex work schedule and overtime may be required including weekends and/or holidays per business demands
8th grade education or higher
The ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs
The ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to troubleshoot machines
Prior machine operation experience
Computer experience, including keyboard/mouse skills
Ability to use precision measuring instruments, such as gauges and tape measures
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Ability to multi-task and operate various machines/equipment
Ability to work as contributing member within team environment
