Job Title: Communication Center
Objective: Maximize sales and profitability by generating leads and scheduling appointments for the installed sales and service department.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the home improvement industry

- Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads until appointments are set
- Confirm appointments with prospects
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Assist Design Center visitors, demonstrate products, and guide to appropriate sales channels
- Schedule in-home consultations
- Maintain Design Center appearance
- Record prospect information accurately
- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Ability to travel to Okemos and Saginaw Design Centers 1-2 times per week
- Meet or exceed lead generation targets
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in an office environment
- Minimal physical effort required
- Typical call center hours 8am-7pm Monday through Friday, Saturdays 9am-1pm
- Travel to other design centers 1-2 days per week (mileage reimbursement)

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- College courses in marketing, communications, or business preferred
Commute Requirement:
- Must be able to commute to the Davison, Okemos and/or Saginaw regularly
