We seek a motivated individual to join our high-performance boat manufacturing team. This position is critical to the company, allowing production to run smoothly.
Starting Pay:
Schedule: This team values work-life balance
- Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 3:30pm
- Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm
- No Weekends
?Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and quality minded.
- Willingness to ask questions and to be teachable.
- Ability to work with a team or on your own.
- Motivated to make processes more efficient and accurate.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Refill/replenish supplies used in production
- Clean and organize work areas to maintain production
- Support team members in multi-person tasks
- Stock and maintain inventory
- Accurately measure quantities
- Clean production equipment
- Self-manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks while reporting.
