Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labor/Fabricating Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various fabrication and labor tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled fabricators and technicians in daily tasks.
Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Help prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring they are clean and organized.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools, able to read tape measure.
Assist in the assembly, installation, and repair of components as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
Contribute to team efforts to meet production goals and deadlines.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED.
Previous experience in a labor or fabrication role is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Basic understanding of hand tools and safety practices.
Proven track record with OUTSTANDING attendance
