Under the leadership of a Vice President, Director, Group Practice Director and/or Physician Leadership, the individual in this position is responsible for and requires the greatest allocation of time focused on activities associated with the operation of ambulatory clinics, research, teaching and inpatient functions.
Assists their leadership with the implementation of short and long term plans for the department and or satellite.
Assists with the development of financial and operational planning and analysis including budgets and pro forma business plan analysis. May represent the Department, Specialty, Satellite and/or Business Unit on various internal and external committees.
Represents HFHS via community involvement. Also supports the Business Unit by implementing various initiatives.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business or related field. Master's Degree, preferred.
Two to five (2-5) years of progressive leadership responsibility within a healthcare setting.
Skilled in organizational attributes. Ability to communicate in writing and orally to support, direct, and work with employees, leadership, physicians and various external audiences.
Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets knowledge.
