we need 2 to 3 resources, Who can handle L2/L3 Catia support, catia methods and tools management.
Supporting the tolerance management team for CAD checks, data analysis and reporting, measurement plan checking and providing CAD for the measurement department Key Accountabilities Able to use CAD to analyse existing models/gaps and profiles etc. Writing reports, ensuring the data analysis is full and complete, and communicating the results of the analysis in a clear manner. Supporting the check of measurement plans and other tolerance management documentation (Tolerance chains, tolerance documents, gap and profile plans).
Qualifications and Skills Ability to communicate at all levels. -CAD skills (Catia V5) -3DCS skills would also be a benefit but not necessary. -Good knowledge of problem solving techniques. -Analytical/lateral thinker. -Minimum of HNC or equivalent (Engineering Technician Apprenticeship) -Sound understanding of alignments and tolerancing for component. -Good Team Player -German language is beneficial but not a pre-requisite -Good Microsoft office skills
Skills and Experience Required
- CATIA Designer with 3DCS experience
- Exposure to and a sound working knowledge of CAD extraction from Catia
- 5 years experience in CATIA V5
- 5 years experience in Quality
- 5 years experience in 3DCS
- 5 years experience in Tolerance Analysis
- 5 years experience in GD & T
Education Required
· Degree in an Engineering or related subject
L1 : Basic support activities like ....register a ticket, password reset, license monitoring, attend the user call, generating daily activity reports...etc L2 : Technical issues: To resolve technical problem with the product, attend the tickets which L1 can't handle ...etc L3 : Advance Technical issues: Should be able to identify issue and provide solution, requires debugging/coding, programming skill set etc...
Tool Management : Management of programs,executable s,corn jobs, utilities ....etc..(requires bug fixing, testing, deployment, enhancements to existing utilities)
