Job Description
- 5+ years of Carpentry Experience in Residential / Commercial Remodeling / Restoration
- Able to frame out walls and drywall
- Experienced in Acoustical Ceilings, grid layout and install
- Measure and Install PLAM & HM doors, sliding glass doors, and windows
- Frame complex structures such as roof trusses, joists, and beams
- Exterior repairs, flooring install, paint, trim, tile, etc.
- Complete daily field reports, interpret blueprints
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Carpentry Experience
- Available/Willing To Travel Out of State, about 35%
- Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles
Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements
- Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
- Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
- Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
