- Thirty (30) college credit hours related to this position.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience (working in an office setting and/or working with curriculum & assessments).
- General clerical skills including but not limited to using math, proofreading, data entry, filing structures, and records management.
- Ability to operate office equipment with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (knowledge of data sets, formulas, pivot tables, or other reporting skills).
- Ability to work with large data sets and reports while maintaining accuracy and precision with high attention to detail.
- Ability to perform work effectively and independently relative to multiple deadlines. Ability to exercise judgement in prioritizing projects.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively including but not limited to verbal communication, emails, reports, meeting agendas, and notes.
- Critical and creative thinking skills with a focus on continuous quality improvement.
