ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Create macros or other ways to automate Cal & PM reports from existing data and systems. * Training & performing calibrations of liquid flow, air flow, temperature, frequency, & duty cycle. * Design a fail safe system for EV chambers - research the hardware and software for application, program the software, test out the system for functionality, reliability, & ability to alert lab. * Program and automate F4T or other EV chamber controllers. Enhance network connection. * Fabricate harnesses or other items in order to implement automation or install hardware. * Learn Gantner data acquisition (DAQ) set-up and configuring for test stands/EV chambers. QUALIFICATIONS * Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited University * Major: Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics * Class Standing: Sophomore or Junior * Skills: Completed coursework in basic electrical classes with some labs, familiarity with PLCs and programming them, computers, communication, & soldering experience * Prior internship experience is a plus * knowledge or experience with electrical tools & meters, PLCs, instrumentation, data acquisition, hand tools, and/or soldering is a plus * Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher Do you have any questions?
