Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Communications Analyst to join our team in the medical devices industry. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our internal-facing communication strategy and managing the administration activities for our global transformation program.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of the internal-facing communication strategy for the global transformation program.
Manage the timely and effective communication to the program team.
Oversee the program's newsletter, special edition newsletters, and program updates.
Handle program level monthly highlights communication.
Manage team mailbox and calendar.
Administer program intranet and Yammer sites.
Maintain org charts and distribution lists.
Assist in onboarding activities for the team.
Support workstream and live site communications.
Assist in other communications activities as required.
Provide administration support as needed.
Requirements - Strong communication and effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Experience with budget processes and financial management
Demonstrated understanding of quality standards within the medical devices industry
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) administration, including onboarding processes
Proven project management skills, with the ability to execute plans and meet deadlines
Familiarity with 'About Time' and other time management methodologies
Experience providing workstation support to teams, including IT troubleshooting
Proficiency in calendar management and coordinating schedules for multiple stakeholders
Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs for data representation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience creating newsletters and other internal communications materials
Ability to develop and interpret business requirement documents
Experience with transformation projects within an organization
Familiarity with intranet systems and their usage for internal communications
Experience managing mailboxes and distribution lists for large teams or organizations
Knowledge of communication strategy development and implementation
Familiarity with NIS and Yammer or similar enterprise social networking services
