Job Description

Position Overview: This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in both landscaping and hardscaping. We are willing to train the right candidate who shows a strong willingness to learn and a passion for outdoor work. The position is full-time from April through November, with part-time or as-needed responsibilities for snow removal during the winter months (November - May).

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, lawn care, and maintenance.
Assist with hardscaping projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
Operate and maintain landscaping and hardscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results.
Assist with snow removal tasks during the winter season, including shoveling, plowing, and salting as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping principles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work part-time or as needed for snow removal during the winter months.
