Mobile Equipment Fleet Assistant/Fleet Mechanic *2nd Shift*
Responsibilities:
MANUFACTURING PROCESS EQUIPMENT
Preventative Maintenance (Scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdown)
Predictive Maintenance (Use of equipment or tests to predict when maintenance will be needed)
Provide and Maintain Spare & Replacement Parts Inventories
MEASURABLES & OBJECTIVES: SAFETY RELATED OBJECTIVES CLIENT SCORECARD
Employee Safety Training Compliance
Safety PM Completion
Safety Repair Completion
Participate in the Employee Safety Concern Process
Utilize Pre-Task Planning Methods Performance Measurables
Help Desk Immediate Work Orders > 24 hrs.
PM Completion
PM Repair Completion
Perform General Housekeeping in Common Work Areas Personnel Management
Maintain Current Fork truck & Aerial Lift Operator's License
Attend Scheduled Training
EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION
8-10 plus years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with pumps, motors, speed, and feed systems, hydraulics
Some experience with controller programs
Knowledge of maintenance systems such as MAXIMO helpful Mechanical Systems
Must have strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
